It's my second day in a row trying with all my might to realise an idea and... I haven't even began painting on the thing itself!!!

Hi, all you people who are blessed with free time to read my blog!

I am now in Portugal, as some of you may know. All is pretty nice here- the weather quite british and the pastries irresistible.I am on travel with my family- the whole lot, only my dog is still in pleven. but he's most probably having the time of his life, as he's on a salami diet.

But let's turn west again. I love the narrow streets and the tall, slim-profiled, enormous- windowed, colourful buildings! We are like true EU tourists - backpack and photo, capturing every moment and filling the bag with overpriced souvenierson an every day basis.I dont even know if we've contacted with as much as 10 real portugeese - there are herds of touists  all over!However,  our rental car is really comfy and new - with an autopilot and everything, at least we do all this in style :)

We went to see the Atlantic today and it was more majestic than anyrything i'd ever seen in my life! With grand waves splashing the rocks without even the faintest sign of mercy and all those itsy-bitsy fishermen striving to stay upright under the ocean's might... And guess what happened while my bro and i were collecting pebbles - a wave came in and got us wet all over! :D An unforgetable experience, no matter how look at it. We had to jog back to the picturesque ancient tram so as not to freeze with all that cold wind. But Teddy's having a grand time! He's been sightseeing and i even take him to restaurants with us :)

Anyway, that'll be all for now. Here is a glimpse of the atmopshere in these parts of the world.

first impression

ok, here's a quick question:  what's the first thing that goes through ur mind when u see this photo? (if u know me, try to put this fact aside) And I do mean THE  first thing!

dreams...

have you ever had one of those wacky dreams...

of those that you grab hold of every spare minute for the following weeks, because it was a wonderful piece of another reality. and you realize from the bottom of your being that were that event to have taken place in the present, it would be disastrous, would make you fall out of the straight rail-road track you've been strolling along so decisively since you can remember... but it was so sweet that you don't want to let go of it, you don't want it to simply sink in the depths of your memory, condemned to drawn among the sea weed of harmful eutopias and grand ideas. no, you cherish it and smile for no obvious reason in the streets, not realizing why you are full of glee because of something that would bring you total misery (or at least a never seizing feeling 

of quilt) had it occurred...and even if you look at the situation from a brighter perspective u eventually come to realize that it s fulfillment depends entirely on somebody/something else and that you would be utterly unsuccessful in your attempts to make events take a different course

anyway, hope you sometimes have such an experience yourself. it is hard to shake off, but it is worth it in a way tht it makes you THINK - the most focal activity after breathing :)

ah.fm

this is the latest gem that i stubled upon on the web - ah.fm radio which is absolutely IDEAL for doing just about everything - from lableing your posts (they've all got at least one now B] ) to writing/reading/painting/drawing/cleaning... it simply give you strength to go on wwith your activity (be it even reading Tobacco) as it is relaxing and full of positive energy. Well, that's just about it for now. Enjoy!

not quite... i'm in the lead of a photo competition organised by public-republic (english) but i can't say which entry is mine so if you do decide to vote for smb, please look through all potographs and then make your choice :)
